black car pictures

I was wondering if anyone has any good pictures comparing a polymer sealant and a carnuba on a black car? Or maybe two different black cars at similiar angles in similiar places to see the reflective/deepth differences that everyone talks about?

I saw a picture of a black car with carnuba on it and it was just as reflective as my Z'd car.

You really aren't going to be able to see the differnce in pictures. Why not do a test on one panel of your car. After washing use some SMR on one panel to remove all of the Zaino and then apply the carnauba product of your choice to that one panel. That is going to be the most effective comparison.

I have tried at least a dozen different products on the hood of my 'Stang. For the rest of the car I am so far sticking with my favorite combo of Meguiars #7 show car glaze topped with Meguiars #26 high tech wax.

A good result I've done is a good glaze like Meg #7 and end with several coats of Souveran. On black, it looks outstanding!

Well I love the durability of Zaino. I never did like washing my car every two weeks, just to find that I needed to put another coat of polish and wax each time. Yah I know I'm lazy lol. But with Zaino, I wash my car the same and for months I don't have to wax at all, just quickly go over with Z6.

I don't like the thought of switching completely, party due to laziness partly due to the reflectivity and partly due to the protection. But I was contemplating on topping the Zaino with some S100.

The black S4 I did with #20 a couple weeks ago; the owner topped it with #26 last weekend. It "softened" it up a little, and made some of the remaining chips and scratches not as noticeable, but nothing that you'd be able to tell from a picture on the 'net.

The car looks just super. I love the S4.

i wasnt aware gold class had cleaners in it, it was never obvious at all?? i really dont think the cleaners would take off the zaino though, unless it is abrasive at all? (maybe im a bit backwards here but from waht i understand cleaners doesnt always = abrasives)

Go and look at the homepage for the post of Zaino and S100 on a 350Z!

This will give you an idea!

This is one that I used Final Polish and topped with Carnuba Moose:

And this is a Suburban that I used Vanilla Moose and Final Polish on:

Kind of hard to compare them exactly since the level of light is different though.

AMP99, that beemer is awesome. I think I saw another pic of your car with reflections of trees. I was thinking of using Souveran but the price of the S100 is more appealing to me hehe. Plus I'm hoping I can find a local motorcycle shop that sells it.

If I do top with S100, when it starts to wear off in a couple weeks then I'll just see the Zaino reflection then? And a simple Dawn wash to remove the wax won't remove the Z right?

I think it was Carguy who posted some awesome pics of Zaino side by side with Meguiar's Gold Class. The lighting was exactly the same and everything, since they were both on the car at the same time, same panel etc.
