bittersweet weekend for the cobra (RMG + Souveran, 56k = death)

Looks awesome. That first pic almost made me sick. Nice recovery! I just ordered some RMG and I can't wait to compare it to VM. I'm so tempted to get the Souveran but I keep telling myself that S100 is just fine. I'll cave in eventually.

:woot: nice save! i think you should also treat your cobra to a nice set of exhaust tips too. ;) and enjoy those pullies! :xyxthumbs

maybe you should treat yours to a whipple like mine she loves me for it :)

Nice work on repairing that damage. I am really impressed the PC did that.

The black looks stunning. You should be a very happy man :D.

Very Nice Spree, good save on the Cobra!

Black'03GT-If you don't want to pay for Souveran, try TOL's Trade Secret. So far the best thing I have used on my Mom's 05 Mustang GT. It repels dust very well, even after a week it stills looks clean. (It's Black afterall)

:shocked :woot: :bow :bow :bow

i guess since my mach1 is a daily driver and traffic sucks here, 305 hp is enough for me, for now. ;) but that is sweet!

What an incredible save :xyxthumbs

Hopefully i'll never be tested like that. Your cobra looks incredible, your rear quarter panel on the 2nd shot looks amazing. Have anything to compare the RMG to?

Good save! I'm sure with a little heat, a small hammer and a curved piece of metal you can whip the exhaust tip back into shape as well!

spree- could you explain the wetsanding process used and what products are needed? or is it the same things in the autopia articles?

Unless he fixed that one scratch he didnt do any wet sanding. All was done using a claybar and some SSR2.5 and a PC

I didn't do any wetsanding in those pics, but I did do the touchup paint + wetsanding thing a couple weeks back. I would've posted pics, but I wasn't too happy with the touchup paint (the paint didn't quite match the surrounding area perfectly :( )

Clearkote Red Machine Glaze. Or is it Red Moose Glaze? I could go downstairs and look at the label but I'm too lazy right now.
