Bissell LGCM Problems

Hey guys,



I decided to clean my interior after a month or two of being lazy. I vacuumed the carpets and mats, and used the woolite mix on the mats. It was all ready to extracted with the LGCM w/ ProHeat.



And then I start to extract.....errr try to extract. The suction of the LGCM was NOT working!! The water came out just fine, but it wouldn't suck up ANYTHING!!

I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I hadn't used it in about 2 months, it was just sitting on the shelf at that time. I ended up just rinsing the mats with water and hanging them to dry...



I don't even know if I have the box for the LGCM to return it, has anyone else encountered this problem?

So what was the problem ?

The black rubber cup connected to the collecting duct was stuck, or should I say the lip of it, preventing any suction from going in. Its hard to explain in typing. I just stuck my finger through and it's good as new.
