Bio-degradable cleaner (Poorboys) question

Well, It works on wheels (no experience with P21S cleaner), works on grease, oil, cigarette film, general grime. I've used it mainly on interiors (hard surface) but it did take out a grease smear on cloth seats. I think it's a cleaner worth having.
HOWEVER.... (and there's always a "however), unless you've already got some, or know of someone with some, you could be waiting a while for it. It's currently out of stock at Poorboy's World, and word is that he's looking at getting a new version developed, so you may never know of the joy t be had using such a fine product. Oh the humanity!
