the other day i was having trouble buffing a corvette, so rick PMed me and asked for my number and called me up. not many folks would take their own time when they are eating supper, to call someone they do not know and talk 30 minutes on detailing. he gave me tips, pointers, advice, and a ton of knowledge in that short convo, and its greatly appreciated!
