Big thanks to groebuck !!!

6'1"

450 was my max. Bench pressing was (and still is) my weakest lift. I tried powerlifting in the late 1990's but many of the shorter lifter would blow me away on the bench due to the fact their bodies were more suited for that lift (better leverage).

I would estimate that I would only be able to max out at 350-375 today with a pause.

hehe I got short legs (6' tall but 31" legs) - leg press max during my college heyday was 700! :) - and that was an incline leg press - three reps - ah to be stupid and young with the threat of your knee cap poping off :) -

OIC. my friend named shane kido actually held a couple of olympic records for his weight class or something. he was 150 lbs, and i think he benced 450 lbs once. rite after he broke the record, he was escorted to the bathroom, where they took a urine sample. hes really short, i think 5'6. the thing is, in high school, he was really weak, so he inspires me :)

redecorating

Oh and CD I fixed that possessed look, smoothed out some areas and redecorated your office :) - it was missing something

groebuck...

You are one sick puppy !!! I LOVE IT !!!

zesty-man...

150 lbs bench pressing 450 lbs !!! That is inhuman !!! I had a friend that benched about 450 at about 200 lbs, and I thought that was amazing.

I bounced in night clubs part-time from the time I was 18 until I was about 25 and I worked with some very strong chemically altered individuals. They looked really tough, but they were only good for about 30 seconds of action (no cardiovasular endurance).

You bounced too huh?:) I did that from 19-22 got my moussad crash course :lol. My buddy taught me the three places on the body that are almost impossible to break and the part of the body that can incapacitate the biggest strongest man (or woman)
