I just got a new chenille wash mitt and 3 MF towels for $4.50 at Big Lots. They also had some Meguiar's Tire Cleaner for $2. They didn't have too much more than Turtle Wax though. Anyone gotten any good buys at Big Lots? Is it a place that is worth it to check back every few weeks, or do they usually have the same stuff?
 
Eh...I'm kind of over the Big Lots thing of buying crap I don't need just because it's on sale. They get different stuff all the time. I usually find that the prices aren't really that good. It's a good place if you like a product that has been discontinued (like a lot of people stocked up on the Meg's brushes).
 
They were great for Megs wheel brushes. I know some liked a lot of the Long Haul stuff they had for a while. I did not. You can sometimes get great things, but mostly, it is just a hit or miss thing (mostly miss)
 
Yes Big lots had some awesome Meguiers MF wrapped sponges I bought one loved it then hit all 5 in the area and bought them all
 
I got lucky to find what I did at Big Lots last visit. They had a ton of Meg's NXT Tire Cleaner. Last time I was fooled at first and thought I was buying the Insane Tire Shine which is a great product (especially for $2.50)



Well this time someone made a mistake (I think) and put a can of the tire shine in with the tire cleaner so I picked it up. I hope they don't discontinue the tire shine.
 
There's an ongoing thread in the Good Deals forum that sees sporatic action with posts about stuff at Big Lots. My favorite find there so far is the Mr Clean soft stick sheepskin wheel cleaners. Perfect for my chrome wheels.
