Whats up Folks? I was washing my gree Rover today and when i was drying the truck. I saw alot of water spotting on the hood. I just got my hood painted one year ago. I try removing it with vinegar with no success. Then i try using Megs paint cleaner then Megs #9. The spots are still there. The hood looks ugly. Pls help. Thanks.

That would be etching - most likely. Water drops dry leaving minerals which 'etch' the surface. Nothing can prevent it. You can only slow it down by applying the best surface protection you can (i.e. Zaino, Klasse) and try not to let water dry on the surface - bird droppings cause it also. Depending on how deep it is determines if you can remove it or lessen its appearance by compouding, etc.
