BFWD over Blacklight

Interesting combo..I'd probably do BL on top of BFWD

Chris is that you? (bigbull from AG) I see no issues since BL is a great glaze that has amazing filling ability's. And since BFWD does not have cleaning abilities it sounds like a great combo in theory.

Hey, yah it's me, hey bud!

Yeah I have a car coming, and just picked up some BL and have tons of BFWD on hand....was curious how it would turn out.....

My thoughts are that BFWD should be applied directly to the paint.
However, I forgot you're right...I believe BL has mild abrasives in it.

If you apply BFWD first then BL's cleaning ability may effect BFWD.
If you apply BL first then I would think the longevity would be less.

i wouldnt put blacklight over anything, it has abrasives so anything underneath will get removed. unless you apply it by hand carefully i guess?

Interestingly, BFGEP also has a glaze to it and it recommended end before BFWD. Hmmm.

I would put BFGEP and BL in the same category. But like every product line their own products are made to work together. So thats what I was told.

I dont think there should be a issue with BL then BFWD. Chris PM Richard(rwright), he used BL and has gotten some great results with it.

Wet Diamond will work fine over Blacklight, I haven't tried it the other way around.

Actually that makes the most sense as I understand BL has mild abrasives.

I tried BL as a LSP topper on red paint...IMHO it looked wet & shiny like #7.

This is good information, thanks. I've been wondering about the Blacklight and sealant together. Maybe I'll do BFWD over Blacklight too. Will 1 of those 2 oz. samples do my Corolla?
