It is almost done all I have left to do is add the new entry doors and trim around them, and the window coverings(1/8in expaned black metal mesh) And I need to paint the floor(color and type not yet decided). I am still looking for more Red, White, Black Stuff to decorate the garage with. In the pic with the lawn mower in the corner, there is supose to be a black Refrigerator, but it took a crap on me! O well now looking for a newer one.

Be sure and let us know what kind of coating you use on your floor. [/b]</blockquote>
Will do, It may take a while.......... I would love to try the Ucoatit system but I may go with a pro job to make sure it lasts.

Nice Pics. :up A pro job on the floor will set you back a nice chunk of change. But, it's worth it. That way you won't see you floor peeling up in a couple months like with the DIY stuff.

That garage is sweet! And best of all it doesn't seem to be out of the pocket reach for most common folk. The color scheme is nice as well. How much do you think the professional flooring job will set you back? Thanks

well I dont know about the pro but a "GooD" DIY system for my garage is around 400$

Just remember that most if not all veterans here who've tried the DIY job didn't get the results that they were after. Perhaps you can achieve better results. But if you can have a pro do it for you at a reasonable cost and then give you a warranty for it, then one might consider that as a good alternative. Let us know how the floor pans out.

the car is daily driver , by client request get the best out of 1 step, so don`t get too extreme on it.
i usually get 205 , but i went with sip and 205 mix on hex polish pad and flex da.\
opti-seal and blackfire wd was the protection. total time 12 hours... i run into few issues with opti-seal

Looks good. What were the issues with Opti-Seal?

opti-seal it haze like crazy , and not sure if was because i use a dif sprayer and it may oversaturated the pad or was high humidity outside , and also heat condition too.
i use os for a year now , and i know it haze if is oversaturated or if i don`t follow with mf towel , but this time was out of control. and is what you need after 10 hours of work...
i left the haze on the car and just follow over it with bfwd 1 coat and to my surprise when i remove bfwd the surface was clean , no haze at all.
