BFWD All Metal Sealant

Would the BFWD All Metal Sealant be a good product to use on exhaust trumpets after polishing? Will this product hold up to the high temps of the exhaust with discoloring or fogging up?

BF AMS is great for this application and is made to handle the temps. I have not ever had AMS haze or discolor. But it will not stop your exhaust from "blueing" as that is part of what metal does at high temps.

Once polished I clean up my tips every few washes with P21S polishing soap and reapply BF AMS to keep up the perfect protection.

I think if you keep up on it every month or so, it would work great. The only thing I don't really like is it doesn't seem to have much gloss. I've used it on my wheels and chrome tips. I either use BFAMS or Coll 845 on these areas. I plan to get some P21s polishing soap so I can keep up on them better myself, as Troy mentions.

After cleaning up my tips w/ P21S soap I'll buff them with P21S
Multi-Surface Finish Restorer and then coat them with BFWD AMS.

The biggest difference I've noticed is how easy they are to clean now. Exhaust residue comes right off w/ a few swipes of soapy speed master brush. All in all great stuff :bigups

Ill let you know how it turns out on my dads 55 chevy convertible in a few weeks ! just talked him into ordering a whole BF line up for his new baby.
