I have a feeling the owner did the work himself. Probably drunk, hit something, then repaired it himself rather than report it on his policy...if he has one. 20% of drivers in Texas have no insurance according to the latest figures.

Hmm... interesting. (Note to self: NEVER drive in Texas without full coverage!!) I'd say that's possible that he did it himself, but in that case it isn't a bad job in terms of the filler (for an amateur); just bad paint match and sanding.

Camera phone picture. The bondo is very rough and obvious in person.
 
He forgot to dress his tires! After flawless work like that, you need to complete the package with some tire dressing! :nervous:
