Best wax for Metallic Paint (non-silvers)

Hey guys,

Just wondering what the best wax is for Metallic paints. I have blue metallic car (Interlagos Blue to be exact), and have been using P21S thus far, but I'm not sure if that brings out the most color out of it.

Any suggestions, on a wax, or combination of things?

Natty's is pretty good on metallics. If you want to go with a sealant, EX-P is pretty decent on metallics as well.

Waxes wise I like P21s, Nattys or Pinnacle Signature.

Sealants either EX or EX-p, NXT for me, but am about to try out UPP.

I've heard a lot of folks say NXT looks very nice on metallic blues, and after trying it on my fiance's metallic blue SRT4, I would have to agree.

On dark metallics, you'd be impressed with Mothers Reflections duo, and would you believe, TW Platinum Ultra Gloss x 2 coats. Both will give you 'boutique' results at a fraction of the cost. I did a dark metallic blue Jag with TWPUG recently, and the owner (OCD like me) absolutely loved the metallic pop!

Oh yeah I also forgot to mention 1z Metallic Polish and Glanz Wax

Yeah, MP works as a nice cleaner wax on light and medium metallics, and GLANZ looks beautiful on medium metallics (much better than on silver, even)!

Alright so here's the list we got from this thread: (Number of votes in () beside the product)

Waxes

1. Pinnacle Signature Series Wax (2x)

2. Poorboy's Natty's Paste Wax (4x)

3. P21S Carnauba Wax

4. 1Z Glanz Wax (2x)

5. Finish Kare Pink Wax

6. Meguiar's NXT Generation Tech Wax

7. Mothers FX Synwax

8. Turtle Wax Platinum Series Ultra Gloss Paste Wax

Sealants

9. Meguiar's #21 Polymer Wax (not sure if I have the link right here - mirrorfinishman, correct me if I'm wrong)

10. TropiCare TC-3 Premium Car Polish

11. Mothers Reflections Advanced Top Coat

12. Poorboy's EX-P Pure Sealant (4x)

13. Four Star Ultimate Paint Protection

14. Clearkote Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze (wax)

So it seems that we have a LARGE variety of choices. New questions is, has anyone used multiple products listed here and can say that one is better than the other? This was we can eliminate some from the list.

My car is Vivid Blue Pearl (which also has alot of metallic flake).

I first used NXT on it and it looked good.

Switched to Klasse (3x SG) and the metallic flake was insane.

I have since topped it with Nattys (2x). It kept the metallic pop and gave a noticable increase in depth.

I have a question for you guys. I'm thinking of buying Natty's Blue Wax, but it says it's used for dark colored cars. My car can be light or dark, depending on the lighting.

Here are a few pics in different light of my car. Do you think I should stick to the regular Natty's wax, or go for the Blue?
