Best wax for black car

BLACKFIRE BlackICE Hybrid Montan Sealant Wax 3 oz.
Havent used it myself... but im sure many members here will chime in as to why this is THE wax for black cars

I own a black car and here are just a couple of my recommendations .If you are looking for something a little more economical I would suggest using PB Black Hole Glaze topped with Nattys Blue. Another great combination is PB Black Hole Glaze topped with CG's Petes 53 then with CG's V7 spray sealant. Both of these combos look super on black.

Pinnacle Souveran is a very nice wax on blacks.

about $70.00
i think you'll have better results with the black ice(appearance and durability), but bfms is still my favorite all around wax. easy on, easy off, and a beautiful finish.(especially over bfwd)

Polish it properly then worry about the wax. Like they say... You can't shine sh*t.
The car has been fully detailed. Washed, clayed, and sealed. Just want to add a coat of wax over it. I know it's not needed but I like the added protection and look.

Once again I find myself agreeing with Gearhead.
If you don't have it polished perfect use PB black hole glaze first.

On my new2014 Black Granite Cruze LTZ,I just tried my CG Blitz Sealant followed by CG Speed Wipe(or CG Extreme Slick Synethic Detalailer).I was amazed at the shine and slick feeling I achieved with this combo.A week or 2 before I had applied 2 coats of CG 50/50 Paste Wax and was rained on but after washing I started by applying the Blitz Sealant.Amazing pop to the metallic in the paint.I also am a fan of Nattys Blue Paste followed by the Poorboys Spray And Gloss Detailer.
Unfortunately I don't. Will I ruin the sealant if I put the wrong wax on it?

There are so many waxes out there. Souveran and Dodo purple Haze pro are some good choices.

some waxes have higher amounts of solvents in them that can affect sealants. some waxes and sealants have similar ingredients that can compliment each other.(like bfwd & bfms or pinnacle bl synergy wax & their bl coatings). fortunately, if whatever you use does seem to affect your sealant, a sealant and complimentary wax can be applied once the paint surface is cleaned and polished (if necessary) to your satisfaction, pretty easily. after awhile, changing what you use can be a normal addiction around here.

I use Natty's or Blackfire Midnight Sun. Both make the black really shine. The key is in the prep work before the LSP is applied.
