Best steam cleaner?

I have a Firebird and it does what I need it to do, but I pretty much knew its capabilites before I bought it. Its not the machine you want if your looking for something to do carpets. If you want a steamer thats decent for carpets too, your going to pay dearly for it. I personally wasnt even impressed when I used my friends $5,000 Dupray steamer with the built in extractor on some nasty carpets either. There is no replacement for a good heated extractor such as a Mytee or Thermax that has the balls to tackle big jobs quickly. Now if your looking for a machine that is capable of doing everything else, a vapor steamer is the way to go. For the price, the Firebird is great but its not even comparable to the expensive Italian units.
