P-S sorry if i did alot of mistake im a french guys. i have some dificulty with my english :)

Depends on what you plan to do, I personally have never liked the kits as there are always things that I don't want/need or wouldn't normally choose. They also never come with enough pads. For the orbital itself, I really like the Griots machine, it is very powerful and has a lifetime warranty. If you shop around, you can get one for around $100. I would try to find one of those and then start building your pad collection, I really like Meguiars pads, but many like Lake. As far as polishes go, its a vast world out there, if you want something that works well to start with, HD UNO is great.

Autogeek has some really nice DA polisher/pads/polishes packages. I really like the new Optimum spray polish and compound. Good cut, very little dusting, long work time and the spray application is pretty cool. Primes the pad, and just hitting the pad again with a spritz for each panel beats having to squirt out dots, X's, etc.

i do alot of reading this time on your site, im reading your newbies threat and alot of anwser are in them. i will buy my pad like you said and maybe start to try the meguiars stuff and i heard poorboy stuff was good too

ty for the info :)

There are a few poorboys products that stand out, but their polishes are not it. Unless you are forced into working in the sun, there are much better alternatives.

I was the same as you and after buying stuff after stuff no package deal is actually good.

A bunch of the PC kits come with 6.5" pads with 5" bP aren't the best. I won't lie that some of the kits are good value if you're already going to purchase a few items here and their but there is no best kit, since that's different for everyone.
