Best products for silver & tan

What are some of the products/techiques being used by many of you on silver & tan cars with paint that have a few scratches? The scratches are not noticable until you get right on top of the car with a halogen or hid light. I want the wettest, deepest, glossiest shine there is!!
 
On the scratches I would have to say a PC or rotary would my starting choices, it can be done by hand as well but get ready for some elbow grease.
Working in small areas about 12 x12 inches so that you can keep good control over the product.

Using a dedicated swirl remover like PB SSR line is what I would suggest, or maybe you have something in your stash already such as a polish that can suffice.
