Best product to clean dirty/stained cloth seats

well i dont know what my customers seats are gonna be stained with, i was just wondering what people use on cloth seats.
 
I hear APC+ is a good choice. I use Adam's Polishes carpet cleaner, which is really more of a "spot" treatment type product. I also use Blue Magic spot sprayer. It's a cool can that has a trigger that is just full of power. Not like a window sprayer, but more like a high pressure nozzle. Both work well for me. I'm also using my Bissel Pro Heat to battle those stains.
 
Go to an janitorial store and explain your concern to them they should lead you in the right direction also ask for SAMPLES. Asked for a rinse agent
