Best Micofiber brands

But from what I know 100% cotton is bad for the paint and waffel weave, MF is the way to go.

What is the diff between 100% cotton and 100% cotton MF

Here is how I understand it.

100% Cotton was the best BEFORE microfiber.

Then traditional microfiber was the best, but they are all 70/30 or 80/20 polyester blends.

Along came DF Towels 100% cotton microfiber and that is also what is sold here on Autopia. And they have a pretty good claim.

Read this explanation and see if you get the same impression:Microfiber

Imo, pakshak mfs are the best that I have tried, plus he gives a discount to all autopians. Autofiber is a close second, followed by turtle wax mfs(the 3pak for 6.99 at murrays discount).

As for wws, the only ones I have are jt internationals, but they do a great job sucking up water.

Can I just put my 2 cents worth in here? This is not meant to be any discredit to the DF towel or anyone elses. Im sure the DF towel is a great product with a enthusiastic following.

Whats important I think is to like a product yourself and let the wonders of free speech Take over.

Microfiber though, with a polyester and polyamide blend in almost all cases/manufacturers? is scratch free.

Even if you love cotton towels, when you grab your glasses you will take out a little cloth and wipe them with it so you dont scratch your glasses. It will be Microfiber 70/30 80/20 or 85/15. They dominate the optical industry because they DONT scratch.

I strongly believe Polyester and polyamide microfibre towels do not scratch. I have checked with my supplier and they came back with masses of statistics and tech info to prove this. I do not want to bore people here with it.

They did mention, however that they supply a 80/20 Ultra microfiber to a leading World OEM manufacturing in Australia and had to pass a scratch test on a Black PPG panel under Ultra violet light..................enough said.

Whats most important is use what YOU like and feel happy in expressing it.

Actually Young Stallion I think some brands of Microfibre are miles better than others I just dont want to knock other peoples products !

Anyway I think Microfibre has been very well covered in this site !

For me.................. Ill stay well away from cotton

Ok, folks, im in the market. My web site reflects MF products coming soon. I have found a supplier, by accident , who happens to be litteraly in my own backyard. We have settled on prices, however i havent decided what im going to charge, hence the slight delay. I also am waiting to upgrade my site, which will take some time (and thats difficult between wknd detailing and 40 hr work weeks.....) Anyway, the towels I have found are 20/80, available in yellow and blue, and are by no means walymart typical. Personaly, i cant tell the difference between ones i have bought from various aforementioned suppliers, and the ones i will be selling......Im trying to get a deal and work out giving away samples, but as all of you know, business start ups are difficult in the beginning, so bare with me...If anyone is interested, pm or email me, i can give an Autopia price to satisfy detailers while im still working on things, and i will keep you updated as to my progress, i would estimate by months end, i will be going full steam ahead, but still have some "swirls to polish out."

I just got a whole set of PakShak towels and I love u'm!

Not to mention, Ranney is a great guy and a pleasure to do business with! I had the pleasure of meeting him this week. Excellent towels with A+ customer service to back it up!
