Not EVERYTHING, but it's so hard to find chemical companys that don't add all kinds of artificial scents that I'm learning to live with the less offensive ones(leather, and the pina colada type smells are the worst though, I just can't get over them).
Funny enough, the solvent smell of products without any artificial scents doesn't bother me one bit
Got my CG and gave it a test run on my own vehicle yesterday. I very much liked how it applied, how it feeled, and it's semi-gloss look. The smell however was nothing to write home about, that's for sure; I'd say middle of the pack. Today, I really can't smell anything, which is okay I guess.

I was just doing some research on FK 108 and ran across this thread.
Wow, what a beautiful interior!
Does everything include the plastic over the speedometer/rpm gauges, on bord informational screens, etc?
Just wanting to know about any exceptions.

I use FK108 also and think its very similar to the original Armor All spray liquid in smell, initial shine, and consistency. It even has the same lingering greasiness like AA on your hand after using it a while. The finish does need more buffing since it tends to shine more than Zaino Z10 or Aerospace 303 ( I have both of these also for comparison). I would still prefer Zaino Z10 for its very low sheen and great smell properties for leather....especially the steering wheel. Of course, FK108 does beat both Z10 & 303 for the price/unit....and that's my 2cents.

Optimum's Protectant Plus is a vinyl and leather conditioner (plus light cleaning ability) that also works well and has a low sheen. I believe my distibutor charges me around $25 a gallon. The smell isn't that great but it disapates quickly. The next batch of product made will have a nice leather scent, similar to Meguiars Gold Class Leather Conditioner, at least based on the sample I was asked to evaluate.

I wouldn't use AA on leather now....but I used to back in the 80's when I didn't know better. I was just giving my impressions of it so ppl get the idea. Initially when I bought it I was sorta disappointed thinking it was just re-packaged AA :hairpull ...but now I know better too. :chuckle:
FK108 is meant for coated/treated leather (as per bottle info) as well as rubber and non-clear plastic.

Very user friendly. Has UV protection in it along with polimer resinn for durability, longevity. In gallon size cost $35 I think. Customers always ask what I use on their leather - it looks that nice in person.

i was thinking about getting megs line leather cleaner/conditioner, but i heard it leave the finish greasy, not something that I want....which is why I went with the OPP, no grease, and although it doesnt leave a shiny finish, you can see the leather is cleaned

Nice car... Lexus GX470!! haha sorry We have one so I had to say it... The best I have found would be the Griots Garage or the Meguiars gold class line. The Megs is fairly cheep and easy to get.

I really like the Lexus branded cleaner and conditioner. It imparts a soft buttery feel to the leather and leaves no artificial sheen. Smells like leather too. Anyone know who makes this for Lexus?
