Best carpet cleaning technique and products?

I stopped off at Home Depot today and picked up a bottle of the Folex. It worked very very nicely. I was really impressed. I am used to using the Bio-Enzyme from Detail King, which also works nicely; however, I think the Folex actually worked a little better. I am going to be using it on a clients car this Wednesday, so I will let you all know how it turns out.
 
Wondering if I should use Folex on the entire carpet or if I should pre-treat stains with Folex and then clean the carpet with Zep High Traffic.
 
I use just a bottle of megs quick out but my thing is to hit it with a steam cleaner with a carpet attachment works every time for me then just wipe it up. the thing I like the most is low drying time. But then i would continue to shampoo it all if needed but as far as trouble spots the steam kills.
