Beer Time

This weekend at drill I had a 6 pack of Dominion's Oak Barrel Stout. It's fermented with oak chips and vanilla beans. A pretty good beer for the money.

Today I had a bomber of Three Floyd's Dreadnaught DIPA, got three bottles in a trade. Alot has been said that this beer is really tasty, well let me tell you, everyone was right. I'm glad I still have 2 bottles left.

I hear this is a pretty good brew, good to see you can get your hands on some.

I've really been liking the Red Hook IPA lately. I had Harpoon UFO last night. These are all local beers so they are available at every bar or store. I'll be making my own IPA at a www. IncrediBREW.com this month. I went to college in western NH near Vermont. Vermont has some really nice micro brews.

And I only had to drive 200 miles to get there. Last night I had a pint of Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout. I absolutely love that beer. And for tonight its Yuengling Porter. Another great beer for the money. Something about its aftertaste just gets me right. I can't really describe it, but it makes me want to sip it.

Having a bomber of Rogue Shakespearan Stout and some grilling of a steak. WOW! this brew is absolutely fabulous, very tasty and not overpowering as some other stouts I've had, highly recommended.

I usually sip brew's in the 10% + ABV range, LOL

That's on my list to get tomorrow! I'm even entertaining the idea of homebrewing.

Anybody ever had a pumpkin ale or lager? I talked to the "beer lady" at the grocery store and she said to be on the look-out. I think she said either Saranac or Sierra Nevada was who made it.

Whats a 60 minute IPA? I was offered some today at the store, but turned it down. I think it was made by the same brewery that makes the snake dog IPA.

Probably Saranac, no SN right now, but it could be coming.
