banner color choices...

ok, I have the layout of my banner all done...but I need some help with color options....



black background/blue writing

blue background/white writing

white background/blue writing



which will stand out more to passer by people driving and walking on sidewalks. I tried to have a company design me one, but they came up with yellows and reds and made the banner look like crap...i just want it simple and effective
 
I have a white backround with blue writing with a yellow outline, also some black text as well. I think I have shared its pictures with you before if you feel like searching for it or pm me and I can email it to you.
