bad swirls anyone on CT here

hey guys im new here and found out about this site from a few guys on acurazine.com. i have a 02 acura tl-s black on black. i got the car used and i can tell the owner did not take care of the paint. there are swirl marks everywhere. is there anyone in the Connecticut area that can help me out. i wanted to get it refinished rather than painting the whole car. thanks
 
You should probably post in the Northeast regional forum. It's going to cost you several hundred dollars for sure but it depends how bad it is.
