The car that was repaired was a 2005 Titanium Grey Metallic Miata. The car was hit by a deer in the rear quarter panel so the person I call was someone who would go to my house and repair the car. I wanted it done with paintless dent removal tools but he tells me then only way he can fix my car was pull out the dent (holes) and repaint the panel for 450$. Being desperate, I agreed.
A week later, car is done, so much orange peel! Also, if I look at a certain angle, I can see the outline of the bondo! Is this normal? He tells me that he will buff the paint. I don't think this will get it out. He didn't even put back some of the bolts of the inner panel. I've called him and he's saying he's always busy and that I shouldn't rush him because the buffing he's doing is voluntary! He told me the first day he promises that the panel will look like the rest of the car, and now he's saying I'm lucky he's doing the buffing work for free?!
I've already paid him the first day in cash, and there was no paper work, only witnesses. I know, I know... I'm stupid. Is there anything I can do that will fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated... I'll try to take pics later...
