Definitely shouldn`t have done it but that guy had some nerve to honk at him after not stopping at the stop sign and almost hitting him.

I thought the same thing! If it were me, I think I would`ve slammed my brakes and just raised my hand to say sorry/my bad. The honk is probably what put that kid over the edge to retaliate.
