Autopia Video Thread

Ron, I'm a realist. I never believed that Corvette's and Mustang's were a heads up match as they came from the factory. Mustangs and Camaros can go head to head in many production years barring the Mustang II era. There were of course the Bosses but Corvettes were always designed and sold to be a step up from the pony club.

That said, if you match some of the Shelby's (I mention only these because you might walk into the right Ford dealer and buy one) then there is a pretty good match with even the best of the Corvettes. There are bunches of other great Mustang builders out there like Roush, Kenny Brown and Saleen (supposed to have a hot one this year) to name a few but you have different hurdles in acquiring them in many cases. That said there are super buiders and tuners of Vettes as well (Lingenfelder, Hennesy and the likes). You know I love them but in most cases you have to step a Muscrat up to play with the high end Corvettes as delivered. Now once you have, a Vette might be in trouble. I enjoyed giving the bow tie boys more than they were looking for. :) Speed costs money. How fast do you want to go?

All of the Just for Laughs Gags are actually filmed in Montreal. I got pranked once and the second time I caught on before they could get me.

My wife and use to go to the park and watch them prank people for fun.

One of my favourite pranks was a paramedic asking a pedestrian to hold the IV while he gets something and he takes off on them just leaving them to hold the IV. Then the person on the stretcher starts to scream in pain and indicate there's an issue with the IV. People really panic and a few just put the IV down and walk away. It's really funny to see how people react in these scenarios live (uncut).

Wow how interesting! Sounds like these pranks go a little too far sometimes though! I wouldnt want to get pranked on camera although Im sure I would try to be a good sport about it.
