The page views stats are approximate. I'm not sure how they calculated them, but they're not correct in my case and probably not in Scott's case either.

I hope you guys are just doing that for fun and not using it to actually value your websites. Alexa stats are not an indicator of the value of your site/business. There are many factors at play but then a site/biz is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
