Just a quick shout out to David Fermani and Ben for setting up the chat room last night. Looks like it went well with close to twenty members in the room. I tried to activate my video as some of the others did but my lack of knowledge in this field kept that from happening. I thought it was great that Forrest from Mothers and Kevin Brown and Barry Theal took the time to join in and participate.There seemed to be a ton of experience and knowledge in the room at any given time. Here's hoping that Chris didn't burn down his workbench or garage. Looking forward to the bringing in of guest speakers in the future.Thanks again for making this happen. :thumb:

I think as things progress certain themes would keep the chat running smoothly.IMO.

I prefer a scheduled topic especially when there are 15+ members online. Free for alls are okay in small groups.

Agreed. Sometimes it's tough to follow a discussion when there are 4-5 going on at once.

I’d like to say thanks to all who are on the Chat Room tonight. I really think our 1st session was a success and will continue to get even better. We’re very fortunate to have forum owners such as Tunch that are open to exploring new ideas that can make Autopia a better place. We will be testing this chat feature and will determine if it will be a beneficial tool to grow our forum. Hopefully in the coming sessions we will have special guest speakers as well as professional detailers doing live demonstrations of the latest industry products. If anyone has any suggestions please do not hesitate to ask. We are all for listening to our members. Thanks again.
