In case you didn't know this, if you hit the Insert Video button you can paste the You-Tube link when a separate window opens up. This will post the You-Tube video directly into the thread with a preview screen instead of opening up another page to You-Tube. I hope this helps.

Seems like every board has a different way to embed youtube, its hard to keep track. Really like how some boards let you use [y] tags and just insert the characters after the = sign.
 
Moe-6 weeks after the bike wreck, already riding again (got a new frame) and I'd say I have at least 95% of my range of motion back. Pretty amazing how the body can adapt and recover from something like that. :)
