Autoglym

lots of info if you do a search :D. I used it a couple times and it's great. Shiny windows, easy to wipe off, etc etc. Just don't expect it to work miracles like deep scratches or pitting.

Autoglym has been discussed alot over the years here. Use the Search function and enter "autoglym"; you'll find hundreds of posts. I don't see much recent discussion of Autoglym as its not the "wax du jour" around here but many of us have tried it and commented on it.
 
selwynf - Welcome to Autopia. I seem to be the resident US-based Super Resin Polish fan. I really like it for quick jobs where I'm going to top it with a wax or maybe not even top it at all (wheels, for instance). IMO, you won't go wrong with Autoglym, even if it's not, as Bretfraz said, the "wax du jour" around here.



Some of their exterior trim products work VERY well and I sorta like their interior vinyl treatment too.
 
Autoglym - a good range of products, although I admit I do not like the shampoo. Autoglym does not have the same following of fans as say Zaino but it does not mean the products are second class in anyway.



Markbigears is a national concours winner and he used Autoglym. They do not make a range for every problem, if you have a deep scratch you will need another product but for more general work ie a mild polish, Autoglym is a good name.



CMA have also written a good review on the Resin & Gloss.

I prefer Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber Care over Meguiar's #40. I find #40 slightly more aggresive than Autoglym in cleaning power. Both provide matt finish and is not greasy. Autoglym's nice fragrance smell much much better than #40.
 
Got 1st place last March with Autoglym on my car. Granted, they look at more than the waxed finish (originality, etc), but I felt confident going in. Not a good pix but gives you an idea.



I'm doing a national concours which is an invitational, you have had to trophy at another event prior to entering, on the 18th. I like Autoglym, but I think I can get a better look with Klasse and going to start the new prep today.
