Autogeek, who to talk to about this?

I was using this backing plate today and my pad kept slinging off and I looked at the plate and this is what I saw. This is my first time using the plate.

that's obviously defective, give AG a call (e-mail this pic). i'm sure they'll make things right. also, what pads and what speed were you using it at, out of curiousity?

that just happened to me as well. on a 6" pad I bought from TOTL. received no help from them... here is the picture of mine:

Just email their customer service. I'd be surprised if they didn't replace it for you free.

If e-mail is unresponsive, either call them directly, or go to the Autogeek board, and PM Megan (pronounced mee-gan).
