AUTOGEEK HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FOREVER! What exceptional customer service! Read on

There service has always been great. But I've stopped buying most things from them as international shipping costs 2-3x more than USPS charge for the equivalent size/weight. I get the feeling international buyers are helping subsidize the "free shipping" offers for the US.
 
I have always had great service from Autogeek, but have to say that 3D's service is pretty top notch as well.

Lots of people have issues with their standard shipping prices, which I totally agree. A few pads shouldn't cost the same as a 128oz ONR bottle to ship. Even though they CAN ship FedEx, which I prefer since they deliver on Saturdays, they get confused and it takes longer (IME). To avoid the hassle and get better pricing, I go with Detailed Image or other online retailers, depending on what I need.
 
The only problem I have with AG is their location and shipping response. When I order from other retailers, my stuff is sent out fast. I ordered something from AG on a Thursday right before I ordered something from Chemical guys. Granted CG is in LA so I got it faster, but they packed and shipped that same day! Being only a city away it's next day delivery!



AG didn't send out my package until Monday, and it takes over a week to get here most times. They also aren't priced as competitively and I don't want to waste time calling to get a price-match.



Other than that, I usually have decent experiences. But as big as they are they should look into getting a warehouse on the West Coast! San Diego would be nice because we don't have anything good out here!!
 
I must say that I have always had great experiences with Autogeek. While their shipping may not be the fastest at times, especially during great sales, they always ensure that the products are packaged correctly and provide the utmost in customer service. When there was an issue with my First UDM that I purchased they took care of it, no hassle, no repeatedly calling them, it was first call resolution to the finest.



So for me, I have to plan ahead a little bit if I am running out of a product but the customer service and reliability has made me think twice about even getting a product that they do not carry, I have even been intrigued by the HD line but I can't work their products into my order. To put it simply great job Autogeek!
