Has anyone used this?

Sounds like SmartWax. And waxing a wet car isn't as good as it sounds. Its more of a PITA unless your in the sun or something and even then. Cuz all you do is apply the wax to the wet surface and the surface stays wet and when you go to take it off its a pain cuz it just smears and its a mess. Tried it once, never try it again. lol

Boy, if I was trying to come up with competing name to Aqua Wax, I don't know how I could come any closer than Hydro Shine.

It's actually the other way around, Hydro Shine's been around for YEARS, though it was recently reformulated. I think Brian Angeluci of Precision Auto & Marine uses and likes this product.

I have used it many times, it never streaks or smears. But I use it a little bit different. First I wash the car, then I apply hydroshine to a wet sponge. Use the sponge over the whole car, then I use the power washer to wash it ot. The dry it with a waffle weave. It´s great! You can use it on the windows and the plastic. Everything.

Superb product.

Hmm, guess I was just using crappy technique. I'll have to try it your way (minus power washer and just rewash instead) with the SmartWax.

I used Hydro Shine on my wife's black Mecedes every other time I washed it for about 1 year without waxing it once. Every time I used it, it looked "just as good" as if it had been buffed and waxed. For people that know Mercedes black, it's a pain in the *** to keep looking good(very soft). I was sick of spending all day polishing it, just to stay looking nice for a few weeks or a month. I haven't waxed my current company car(05 gray Mailibu - 70,000 miles) yet. I just Clay Magic it and use Hydro Shine once a month. The finish looks as good, if not better than when I picked it up from the dealer. When I get my next company car, I'm going to do a comparison with this product and other sealants/waxes. I'll bet that Hydro Shine will keep a car's paint looking newer, longer(if not forever) that any wax/sealant on the market. Using this product correctly and somewhat regularly is much more effective than waxing. For one, it's easier and faster.
