Lee, I'll try to be there, like I said in my PM, March is a bad month for me, due to pre-existing family commitments, but if I can manage it I'll be there.



Let me know if you need any help in organizing, etc. Irrespective of if I can attend this particular meet, I'll be happy to help establish a successful schedule of South East meets.
 
I remember 15 20 years ago I use to go to a bluegrass festival in alpharetta. It was at a fair grounds type place. Always had a great time, it always rained, heavily. Is this close to the place you are talking about? I'm sure it has changed alot over the years, but it sounds nice, I would like to come, bring the wife and dog and make a weekend out of it.:xyxthumbs Keep me informed. Thanks for the opportunity

Count me in. I don't have much time to help secure a venue or anything, but I'm in Alpharetta, and I'm down to get to the chosen venue a little early and help set up. Shoot me an email if there is anything I can do.

I found an area at Wills Park with water, electric, a covered arena, and concrete floors. You have to access some mild yet smooth gravel but it would be perfect for detailing, even has flourescent lighting. It's near the horse stables and has boat loads of parking.



I will see if we can rent it for a minor security deposit and report back tomorrow.

I know exactly where that is. Good locale for sure...not too far from 400 and right off Route 9.



If the cost is not extravagant I will pay for use of the facilities for the day...let me know.
