Thanks in advance

I haven't used them myself but Hi-Temp products are well known on the board. Many other members must have used them. Comments anyone?

Also, have heard very good things about Hi-Temp products (TOL).

I'm gonna go ahead and give em a shot, the price can't be beat. I just hope they remove alot easier than Meg's #2

Wow--you're not kidding about the price! I guess you really can't go wrong with that--it's not like trying Souveran and not liking it!

I have the High Level Cutter and its works great for me. I used with the rotary thou and it take pretty long to break down. If you try to feel with your finger, you dont feel any abrasive in them.

No kidding. 64oz for less than $16 is a steal, especially considering that 3M swirl remover is roughly $12 for 16oz.

Let us know how they work out for you.

Will do. It'll prolly be a few weeks cause I gotta order it, then I'm going on vacation next friday. But I'll definitely post my 2 cents once I finally use the product.

I've never used their compounds, but I've had excellent results with their carpet spotter and "bubble bath" soap. Anthony Orosco used to use them before he switched to Optimum, I think. You really can't beat Optimum for usability or results, but it aint cheap.

Optimum is the new thing nowadays huh? I treat detailing like fixing a car, I start with the cheapest stuff first!

I've used the heavy cut, medium cut, and light cut levelers.

IMO, here's how they stack up in abrasive power to Menzerna.

I haven't added PB because I've only used SSR2.5 and SSR1.

Also did not add OCP because I'm still learning it.

In regards to quality of finish (gloss), Menzerna has them beat. I find that

the finish tends to be a bit rougher looking than when I use the Menzerna.

But If I need to do a fast cut or some more agressive work, I usually go

with the HT first, and then follow up with one of the Menzerna, PB, or OCP.
