Are the seats in 2013 Honda Accord ?? Suede ?? + treatment of

Wifey books an appointment for tomorrow morning, her notes state suede interior.
I call to confirm and re-qualify customer, and she confirms black suede. She also says she spilled soup on parts of seat and carpet.

Is this Alcantara? Or Micro Suede? Microfiber suede....cloth?

Either way, how could i go about cleaning the seats?

Im an accord owner and talk to many on accord forums... I cant recall ever seeing suede seats in the accord. My guess is theyre are cloth, lady might just be dumb and think theyre suede.
 
Just as I thought.
She just bought it in Feb.
I imagine the salesperson taking advantage because she didnt know better, telling her that they are suede.

In less than 2 months, she managed to spill soup, and drive by a DOT site getting yellow paint on her car.

This detail could lead to a long term client....Im afraid!
