I know it's been argued a million times and I did the search stuff. I'm lookin at trying something different. Are the Zymol waxes any good for the money? It's not cheap, like the Concourse or Japon or carbon stuff? Is the depth or warmth any better than say Gold Class or S100? Where's the cheapest place to buy the real Zymol stuff? Zaino is getting old for me and I want to try wax again.

Please advise.

Thanks

Pinnacle Souveran is better than any Zymol wax. Applying wax to your car with your fingers will get old quickly.

So I recommend Pinnacle Souveran paste.

I've got the Vintage wax and S100 or Souveran is better any day of the week. The shine was good, but the overall application method and the longetivity was much worse. The stuff doesn't last for a whole month. Maybe 3 weeks. It is great for shows, but not good for a daily driver. Its just too fragile.

You won't find any Zymol love here (on Autopia).

But Jngr is right, none of the Zymol waxes seem to last very long.

But it does sound cool and makes on feel important when they say they use [i[Zymol[/i]. :D

While we're on the subject of Zymol, I remember reading this statement on CMA's website:

Carnauba also requires a petroleum solvent base which can weaken and dry the top paint layer. (I know, there is a manufacturer of paste waxes that claim their waxes contain no petroleum solvents. They lie! Look at their Material Safety Data Sheet which they are required by law to make available to consumers. They list on their sheet that their waxes contain a mineral spirit!) {emphasis added}

Are they talking about Zymol?
