I've been reading how some people say AW looks better overtime. Is 24 hours the curing time for this product? Also, what if the vehicle gets wet within the curing period?

Also, can this be applied over a carnauba toppers with no bonding issues?

It probably takes 24 hours to fully cure, but I find that the shine reaches it's peak about 2 hours after removal. I doubt getting the car wet will affect the curing, because AW can be applied to a wet car.

I always see the biggest improvement the next day.

I have applied AW and the car got wet a few hours afterward and I didn't seem to have any problems nor did it appear any less spectacular than it usually does. AW is so simple, I don't mind applying some more anyway. I would e-mail DG. They are so cool and responsive. I'd bet they'd give you the proper cure time info. We're likely just speculating.

I apply AW over FK's Pink Wax which contains carnauba and I don't have any problems at all. I know others have used it over higher carnauba content waxes with no problem as well.

BTW, I just applied my 4th coat in as many weeks and I seem to have hit the magic number. The slickess is amazing and the car just glistens. Time to order a gallon of it.

Yeah, definitely email Duragloss about bonding time. I don't think it's a big deal after a few hours, but don't wash right after you apply it.

Others have reported good results over carnaubas, but I don't trust it. I just go with CG Pro Detailer whenever dealing with carnaubas.
