303 but I do use vinylex. I use foam on the interior, spray a few shots of vinylex onto the applicator then apply onto the vinyl.
For the exterior, I use terry cloth/terry cloth applicator pads because it gets so dirty, I just chuck it, foam also doesn't seem to have that certain cleaning power as foam.
