APC+ tire question

Hey guys, does using Meg APC+ 4:1 remove old dressing and gunk from tires preparing them for dressing? Also if it does, will it remove protectants from the wheels themselves. I need a tire cleaner that is strong enough to remove old dressing from tires but not wax from wheels, APC+ is what I have been using on the tires and wheel wells> Thankyou Fr0zen!

I'ved used APC+, Extreme Clean APC by TOL, and Greased Lightning. I think GL/Extreme worked best. APC+ really didnt work for me but I haven't found a Very good tire cleaner. It sorta scares me since I am blooming the tires further.

:dunno Anyone got any suggestions? I've heard APC+ Does work
