Anyone used turtle wax blackbox?

You wont disappoint him at all when he learns that it will not really make his car look and stay looking good..

We all know that nothing can beat even the weakest performing machine when it comes to correcting, polishing, and applying the LSP even...

If he cant get this, then you have to decide if it is worth it to your health short and long term to do this...

Good luck !

I did try this on my Black Cobra several years ago . I also have some back injuries and I agree w/ everyone here . Talk him out of it . I think it will be easy to do that if you do even a 8" x 8 " section and he see's how hard it is to remove , how it doesn't shine IMHO but is rather quite dull and that isn't even nearly the worst aspect , WEAR GLOVES! Every thing you use WILL be dyed black , including your fingers/hands . I also agree with Poorboy's BH or even Prima Banana Gloss both are very good products .

Both those apply ,remove look and last far better . TW BI isn't even in the same ballpark .

I hope you can talk him out of it , shoot I have about 6oz of Prima I'll send you Free , it is about 8 months old but like all my stuff , stored well . The TW BI is that bad ,least the one time I tried it 3 years ago . It wouldn't be as bad if all your hard work was rewarded with a decent look .......PM me with your info if you like .. Good luck w/ that if you end up following through it ..

I tried to get my customer to consider using someone else to do a 2 stage and do it right but he wouldnt go for it.

I told him I wasnt using the blackbox after hearing how hard it was to get off but he wasnt going to be happy until I at least tried it.

I have to say everyone was right. Its some nasty stuff !:lol2:

Part 1 wasnt so bad. I spread it on my old school Black and Decker polisher and took it off the same way and it wasnt so bad.

But the wax and detail spray was really nasty to get off and I had a hard time with it smearing . So I compromised with him and told him I would use part 1 but not 2 or 3.

I could tell he was disappointed but he was happy with the results in the end .

Im so happy today is over with. I didnt let him help me . I asked him if he was ready to work and he said "not really" LOL

I think its better not to let customers help anyway :D
*I didnt wear gloves and was careful not to get that black sht on my hands but they were still greyish black by the end of the day!:inspector:
