anyone use this tire shine?

Havent used it before but just as a tip maybe its time to give the tires a good cleaning/scrubbing. I found that even though I clean the tires and wheels with car wash soap every week, over time maybe a few months, the tires will accumulate a very small buildup that needs to be removed with a strong apc and stiff tire brush of some sort....this "may" explain why the tire shine is streakin becuase of the buildup...just my guess though.
 
yeah sounds about right, i do scrub every tire, maybe some more than others, i use purple power on tires mostly then a pretty strong brush
