Anyone use portable GPS?

I got a refurbed (with warranty ) GarminV off of ebay for $149 comes with the newest maps ect ...I wanted a smaller unit for bike use ...I spent the extra $20 for extended warranty that gives me three years ...Just got back from trips to Tennesse and south carolina worked great...

have a garmin nuvi...can't imagine anything else that works better..its small and portable..great battery life!

I have a Garmin iQue. It's a PDA and GPS. Works great. But I have in-car now so it's gathering dust now. Maybe I should ebay it.

I have used both Garmin and TomTom. Although they are both good companies I would have to lean towards TomTom. What gives TomTom the edge is simply that it's much more user friendly. This makes a big different when you are trying to operate your GPS while doing 90 on the freeway.:bolt
