AG Foam gun is a definite part of my was cycle - I've done away with the suds bucket, just a large rinse bucket for my wool mitt.



I rinse the car first, then suds a panel or area at a time and wash and rinse that.



Work my way around the car that way.



Then do a final nozzle-free rinse to sheet the water droplets off the car, then MF towell to mop up any water that's left.



Good point about keeping the car cool/in the shade - I use a shade tent so I can work any day and at my own speed.

I got mine at PepBoys - tent, wall(s) to keep out low sun, and weights to keep the tent on the ground!



WalMart have something similar, and CostCo often have them as well.



Easy to put up in 10 mins by yourself.

What size is the canopy that your using, and what kind of price am I looking at?
 
It's a ShadeTechâ„¢ 10x10 Straight Leg Canopy - I got it from PepBoys (not Autozone as I originally said) and it's normally around $110 for the tent, with special deals cutting that to $70 - see your local store ads in the Sunday papers.



Walls extra, as were weights.
