Anyone switch products for the Winter?

Living in Canada, I really don't get a chance to wax my car between December and March. I am currently using FMJ but I am concerned about the longevity of if. I am thinking of using Klasse SG in the winter insted because it seems to last longer. Anyone else do this? Any suggestions?

Thanks

My car spends 99% of its time in the garage.

Over the summer I have used various waxes over UPP/EX or Wolfgang. This weekend time allowing starting to get the Autoglym Extra Gloss on ready for days when I may need to use it in winter though.

Klasse AIO/SG is a great choice. It will last the entire winter. Another route would be Zaino. Either products will last the entire winter.

i'm in toronto too and wouldent think of using anything but zaino for our harsh winters.

my '94 red taurus sho is about to undergo the tranformation of sorts in the coming month.

Only vehicle I "winterize" LSP-wise is my wife's A8. I switch from #16 to 476S. The KSG and UPP I use on the other drivers holds up just fine. But then the UPP'ed S8 doesn't get used all that much in the winter...

I'm not big on the Klasse twins, personally I prefer FK2180 topped with Collinite 915 for the Maine winters. I like the look of that combo better, and I find it is significantly easier to use then AIO/SG. Tough to beat 5-6 layers of SG if you have the time to put them on, though.

I've had FMJ on a customer's Expidition (applied over AIO) in mid June and when I washed it this past week, the water was still beading like crazy, the paint had noticable slickness and still looked freshly sealed. I've heard mixed reviews regarding FMJ's durability so this was a pleasant suprise. BTW, I wash this one conventionally, not with QEW and it hasn't been QD'ed at all.

Why not put down a fresh couple of layers of FMJ and top it a few days later with Collinite 476 or 845?
