Anyone start a Franchise?

Has anyone doen this? Several people have planted in idea in my mind about introducing my company as a franchise, I don't know a thing about it, other that its time consuming and expensive to start. Most people that are successful with this not only have an original idea and also have nerves of steel. I can see a host of detail facilities with seminars going up all over the country. Who wants to send me $300,000 first??????????? :idea :grinno:

Business Opportunity is what Detail King, Rightlook,

etc, sell. The common issue with selling a Business Opportunity is the failure to success rate. Too many failures. We also see chemical dealers doing free training and that may be something to think about. What is the Business Opportunity selling, training, marketing, chemicals and equipment?

I've thought about it but I wouldn't like the loss of control. I'd hate to have someone ruin my currently good name.
