Anyone replaced their heating element?

I've had my Aztec Hot Rod for almost 4 years and the ehating element went out. Has anyone replaced their's on this model?



I called Aztec and left a message for their service guy to walk me thru it, thought I'd ask here.

Check to make sure both the switch and the relay are functional before shelling out for the heater.

I have the exact same problem with my aztec hot rod. I am really disappointed that a $700 hot water extractor had this failure after so relatively few hours.
