I was just wondering exactly what Synwax is and what Power Wax. I have heard Synwax is a sealant, but just want to confirm, but I haven't really hear too much about Power Wax. Also do they have any cleaners, abrassives or anything? I mainly want to know so I know where and when to use them.

The Synwax is a pure sealant (no carnauba) with a light polish in it. The PowerWax is mainly carnauba, part sealant, and it has no abrasives. The PowerWax is made to be applyed with a polisher because it has a longer set-up time.

OK, so does that mean that Synwax cant be layered and is more of a one step? I was not aware of the light polish in it. And PowerWax can be layered then right?

Thanks

Powerwax can be layered. Synwax is a lot like Meg's NXT, it has light cleaners but it can still be layered. Just dont use too much pressure.

I have time I prefer to apply the second layer a day or two after - giving time for each layer to cure. In my experience, you can layer two coats, with each coat adding to the previous, if given time to cure. The difference is very observable. The mild cleaners may take some of the previous layer off, but not much. The more gently you apply the second coat, the less it removes from the previous one. So two coats 24hrs apart may provide 1 3/4 layers, which is much nicer looking than just one layer. Try it...you'll see what I mean...your eyes will water.
