personally i would stay away from anything princess auto sells.

that looks just like the chicago electric rotary. get it from harbor freight. i have one and it's decent. if you don't like it, it's only $25.

I use only Dewalt-Black and Decker they last forever. I purchase the variable speed 1000-3000 RPMs great tool.

Altho this has been discussed at length, the CE rotary is a fine tool for the 'weekend warrior'. It is a good tool for use as a backup in the pro shop.



One caveat: throw away the backing plate and goofy pad supplied... get some good stuff from Meguiar's, and you're good to go.
